Where we ship
United States only. We do not ship internationally yet, and we do not ship to freight forwarders.
Made to order
Every stamp is engraved with the name you type, so nothing ships from a shelf. We engrave in 2–3 business days, then ship.
Delivery time
8–14 days from order to your door, engraving included. Peak back-to-school weeks can add a few days; we email you if that happens. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — once a parcel is handed to the carrier, its transit time is outside our control.
Shipping cost
- Orders under $29: $4.95
- Orders of $29 and over: free
The threshold is calculated on the order total after any discount and before tax.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves. If it has not moved for 7 days, write to support@brielleva.com and we chase the carrier.
Wrong or incomplete address
Tell us within 12 hours of ordering and we fix it. After engraving starts we cannot reroute. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we reship it once at no extra cost.
Lost or stolen parcels
If tracking shows delivered but you do not have the parcel, tell us within 7 days and we investigate with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we remake and reship it at our cost.
Taxes
Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated and shown at checkout. There are no customs or import charges on domestic US orders.
